Job Description
  • This role provides first point of contact to internal customers to provide general HR support
  • Provide support and user guidance to internal customers to ensure optimum utilization of the myHR system
  • The role is responsible for supporting the on-going maintenance and accuracy of data held on the system and that establishments are maintained, including data input.
  • The role will be responsible for the processing of applications and requests that are not contained within iTrent

Key accountabilities and decision making:

  • Continuous improvement of processes and systems
  • Monitor and report on performance against service standards within own area of work and with others towards the improvement of service delivery
  • Compliance with internal and external regulatory standards
  • Implementation of processes and systems relevant to the area

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Detailed knowledge and understanding of all systems, equipment processes and procedures related to the department. Knowledge and experience of HR technical discipline and/or legal or regulatory framework. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and specialist software or systems relating to role. Knowledge of working structures, roles and responsibilities. Written and verbal and communication. Customer service. Highly computer literate – iTrent experience a distinct advantage. Technical report generation. Ability to analyze complex information and data and solve problems. Working in a customer focused, transactional team environment – preferably Shared Service environment. Experience of working to strict deadlines and to specified performance measures. Supporting / delivering projects/initiatives. Experience of providing HR and IT support to a diverse group of customers. Relevant vocational qualification.
