· Participate and lead project team meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
· Serve as key liaison with IT technical resources for system support in areas such as Outlook integration, mobile access etc.
· Analyse and review business, functional and technical requirements and translate into actions
· Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
· Suggesting and brainstorming initiatives to further help and improve the system
· First line stakeholder support, liaising directly with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues
· Quality control and defect resolution
· Ongoing system administration including but not limited to joiners and leavers, training, security and configuration audits
· Contribute to programme management of CRM migration, integration and vendor review initiatives
Data
· Liaising with key stakeholders across the business to identify data quality issues and resolve these
· Ensuring all company, contacts, and directory data is wholly cleansed, including:
o Correct categorisation
o Removing and merging of any duplicate information from the system
· Working with the data cleansing software to pull reports and analysis for stakeholders
· Continuous maintenance of bounced or invalid contacts to ensure data is consistently up to date
