Job Description

An exciting developmental opportunity has arisen for a full time Band 3 Administrator in our Continuing Healthcare Team within Calderdale CCG. We are looking for a confident, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to provide a first class administrative service in a supportive environment.

The post holder is expected to be flexible in their approach to the needs of the service and have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, prioritizing workload. Currently this role is home-based and could change in 2021.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ level 3/RSA II qualification or equivalent experience and possess a high standard of general office procedures and excellent communication skills on all levels. The role involves handling telephone calls which are often of a sensitive nature and recording accurate and concise messages. The post holder will demonstrate a significant level of initiative. They will also require an ADVANCED working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Experience of coordinating meetings and diary management would be an advantage.
