Job Description

• Assist the Finance Manager with month-end processes

• Responsible for the end to end billing process, challenging internal departments where necessary

• Own the client year-end accruals burn down process

• Stakeholder management, developing a positive working relationship with the client

• Produce contractual client reporting

• Produce adhoc internal and client analysis

• Produce data upload files to the customer open book accounting database

• Reconcile the customer open book accounting database to the client reporting

• Lead and challenge internal businesses on WIP balances

• Assist with the budgets and quarterly forecasts

• Building key relationships with internal businesses ensuring mutual contract understanding (including Europe finance and operation teams)

• Assist with the control & review of internal business open book invoice applications ensuring full reconciliation
• Internal business pass-through revenue control including period and year to date reporting
