As an adaptable and confident team member, with experience in a busy administrative environment, you will need to be well organized and able to provide an excellent administrative and secretarial service. This is a demanding role which requires attention to detail, a level head, the ability to multi task and excellent IT skills.

This is a very interesting role, one in which each day is never the same. If you are looking for a fresh challenge, this is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your existing skills.

This post is for 22.5 hours per week to cover Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (flexibility for service need may be required).


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone to work mainly on a very busy reception with the ability to communicate at all levels, both on the telephone and face to face. The candidate is required to have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm and caring manner.
