Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Administration Co-ordination team within the Medical Device/Equipment, Ambulance Vehicle Preparation and Ancillary Services Team.

The post holder will assist with the co-ordination of daily workloads and planning of asset servicing, distribution and schedules within the department and must have the ability to work autonomously in additional to receiving directions from their Line Manager when required.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role will require the provision of a high quality support and administrative service for the Medical Devices Department, AVP and Ancillary Services and the wider directorate, to include using computerized information systems, word-processing, developing/maintaining filing systems, and processing issues, whilst continuing to develop and maintain good working relationships by being flexible, adaptable, polite, positive and empathetic, communicating effectively and informatively.
