Job Description

We're currently seeking a self-motivated and hard working data entry and office administrator to join our growing team.  

Duties and responsibilities: • Validate accurately all the data & information's into our system database • Research and obtain further information’s for incomplete document's • Assisting in resolving customer inquiries and complaints • Maintain and validate client records in our database • Scan documents and print files, when needed • Provide excellent Customer Service • Perform other duties as assigned What you'll need to succeed: • High school diploma • Strong attention to detail • Great energy levels and a positive attitude • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate must be computer literate with great knowledge of MS Office products and will enjoy working as part of a team. • At least 1-2 years experience in a data entry role • Great time management and great customer service skills • Fully competent in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel & Power Point)
