Duties and responsibilities: • Validate accurately all the data & information's into our system database • Research and obtain further information’s for incomplete document's • Assisting in resolving customer inquiries and complaints • Maintain and validate client records in our database • Scan documents and print files, when needed • Provide excellent Customer Service • Perform other duties as assigned What you'll need to succeed: • High school diploma • Strong attention to detail • Great energy levels and a positive attitude • Excellent oral and written communication skills
