Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust and play a key role in helping to provide an efficient Ambulance Service to people across Yorkshire.
We are currently seeking a Full Time Quality and Risk Administrator to play a key role in the Quality and Safety Team which is part of the wider Quality, Governance and Performance Assurance Directorate.
The post is a permanent role primarily supporting the work of the busy Quality & Safety Team, dealing with incident report calls, processing Service to Service incidents, quality checking data and many other administrative requirements.
The role also supports the busy Health and Safety team providing support to the organizations Head of Safety, Health and Safety Manager and Information Systems Manager.
The post is 37.5 hours per week which is split between four shifts (On a rota basis): 07:00 - 15:00, 08:30 - 16:30, 10:00 - 18:00, Relief Week.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are seeking someone who has excellent Organization skills and time management skills and previous administrative experience and someone who ideally also has an understanding of the NHS. GCSE grade C or above standard in Math and English Language is an essential requirement.
