In this role you will be expected to work flexibly across the division to support clinical areas with managing high patient acuity or short notice rota gaps.In return you can expect opportunities to develop personally and professionally as well as line management and supervision from a designated Ward Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As a band 2 Nursing Assistant, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 1 year in acute care environment, and ideally have a health and social care qualification. You will have a “can do” approach in supporting ward teams to achieve a smooth running of our wards and departments.
