Job Description

Your role will be to support the Registered Nurses in caring for emergency surgical patients.You will be expected to take observations, bloods, record ECGs etc. Patients will be admitted to the SEAU directly from their GP or transferred from the emergency department. Our opening times are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 20:00. The department opens on Bank Holidays and we are looking to opening at the weekends in the near future.The role will also cover working in the Surgical outpatients department supporting patients who are attending their general surgical, colorectal, urology and vascular appointments.
