Job Description

The Senior Administrator will have lead responsibility for establishing integrated management information and administrative systems across the whole service including how information is recorded, collected, used, stored and analyzed to ensure that services are aligned to best meet local needs.

The post holder will provide professional information, advice and support to skill mix teams to develop, deliver and maintain effective and standardized information governance systems and excellent customer focused care across service.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Ensuring excellent customer focused care and services to the public.
  • Establishing cohesive Information Governance systems.
  • Development of administrative standard operating procedures.
  • Integration of Management Information Systems.
  • Development of digital services.
  • Establishing activity and performance dashboard reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must possess a full driving license and have access to a vehicle. A basic level DBS check is required for this role.
