The team priorities include:
Developing, managing and operationally delivering the smarter working plan for the organization
Providing representation/expertise at the regional smarter working steering groups
Support the planning to maximizing our current estates space
Delivering events, sessions and drop ins, where we will introduce available technology and demonstrate the benefits for individuals, teams and collaboration opportunities available with external organizations
Providing diagnostics of support needed in a team or region
Advising colleagues to which technology would best support their demands and needs
