Job Description

Our Student Admissions team is looking to appoint an Admissions Enquiries and Support Administrator in a temporary role.
Being customer-facing and the first point of contact with our applicants, successful candidates will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills including being confident in the use of social media and live online channels. You will also be a confident and organized individual who can provide high quality administrative support and training where necessary across teams.
Duties will include: handling enquiries across our range of courses; supporting applicants through the application process including providing guidance on our systems; and maintaining and updating our course and information databases.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must possess excellent spreadsheet, database and word processing skills, the ability to priorities workloads under pressure, and will demonstrate a flexible approach to work as part of the team.
