Our Student Admissions team is looking to appoint an Admissions Enquiries and Support Administrator in a temporary role.
Being customer-facing and the first point of contact with our applicants, successful candidates will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills including being confident in the use of social media and live online channels. You will also be a confident and organized individual who can provide high quality administrative support and training where necessary across teams.
Duties will include: handling enquiries across our range of courses; supporting applicants through the application process including providing guidance on our systems; and maintaining and updating our course and information databases.
