Job Description

The Executive Support Administration officer will provide comprehensive business administration support to the Chief Executive’s Office.
The post holder will be required to provide administration support (meeting logistics, collation of papers) to a number of corporate meetings including the Board of Directors and the Trust Executive Group (TEG). Additionally the post holder will be required to provide full PA support to members of the TEG during times of annual leave, sickness or peak service demand. There will also be a requirement to undertake and lead specific pieces of project work on an adhoc basis.
