With its new environment comes an exciting opportunity, working collaboratively with the all members of the team to develop the service further and concentrate on the main specialty. This role will be challenging and rewarding and is led and guided by the senior sister and there is also an Education Facilitator who supports the ward. They will all ensure you have the guidance and support to fulfil the role and help develop your career.

We would like someone with vision and enthusiasm to help take the service to the next level, but that also has an understanding of how change will affect the present team. Showing excellent patient care in an ever changing NHS.
