The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting scoping, business case definition and analysis/requirements gathering activities across a couple of key projects focused on
Redesigning operating model
Procuring CRM and eProcurement IT systems
The Business Analyst will be involved in a range of activities including but not limited to:
Challenging business stakeholders on requirements
Mapping 'as is' and 'to be' processes and performing gap analysis
Understanding changes required for operating models and communicating the benefit of these changes effectively, sometimes to resistant stakeholders
Supporting the creation of high quality business cases to secure project sign-off
Working closely with Group Project Manager to ensure project success
Putting together framework for tendering activities to procure 3rd party systems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrable business analysis experience within complex organisations Previous experience of significant business change projects, ideally with a focus on changing operational models Previous experience of projects with an IT system procurement element Ability to challenge stakeholders on their requirements High level of attention to detail and excellent documentation skills Experience in not-for-profit or public sector organisations (desirable)
