The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for:
Working closely with an IT Project Manager to define, document and deliver change improvements.
Providing BA support to multiple projects simultaneously
Elicitation of business requirements and documenting "as is" and "to be" processes
Gap analysis
Producing report documentation in conjunction with project enhancements
Working with technical teams to coordinate testing of system change
Supporting with training and documentation to ensure new systems are adopted by the business and its users
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1 - 2 years minimum business analysis experience, ideally with internal software projects Strong requirements gathering skills Experience of the full project life-cycle from inception to delivery Ability to take direction, question and analyse current and future processes A high level of motivation to learn and understand internal Business Process Systems Excellent stakeholder management skills A 'can do' attitude and delivery focused approach Previous experience in Retail/Wholesale (desirable)
