Job Description

The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Working closely with an IT Project Manager to define, document and deliver change improvements.
• Providing BA support to multiple projects simultaneously
• Elicitation of business requirements and documenting "as is" and "to be" processes
• Gap analysis
• Producing report documentation in conjunction with project enhancements
• Working with technical teams to coordinate testing of system change
• Supporting with training and documentation to ensure new systems are adopted by the business and its users

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1 - 2 years minimum business analysis experience, ideally with internal software projects Strong requirements gathering skills Experience of the full project life-cycle from inception to delivery Ability to take direction, question and analyse current and future processes A high level of motivation to learn and understand internal Business Process Systems Excellent stakeholder management skills A 'can do' attitude and delivery focused approach Previous experience in Retail/Wholesale (desirable)
