Job Description

Administrators support the smooth running of the office, carrying out clerical tasks and projects. This role is working closely with the commercial team of a construction company, dealing with general administration, including CIS, VAT returns, invoicing, subcontractor invoicing.
Other duties as an administrator in the construction industry, could be organizing project meetings, typing up documents, responding to business enquiries, assisting with drawing up contracts and providing customer service.
If you are a highly organised team player who gets on well with people, this could be the role for you!


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You are likely to be processing lots of information using a computer, so you'll need strong IT skills. Excellent communication skills are also important, to ensure the office operates efficiently.
