Job Description
This role is suitable for someone who is very pro-active and able to work independently and part of a team. You will need to be computer literate and have the ability to use MS Office products.
To conduct all business activities in line with prescribed Group business standards, service standards and regulatory framework
To ensure confidentiality in respect of information received and handled
To deliver a quality and quantity of work as agreed and expected by the business
To support all colleagues as required
To contribute positively and proactively to business development
To maintain personal Continuous Professional Development records and proactively undertake relevant attainment and maintenance
Undertake any training identified as being necessary for the position
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Handling telephone calls and directing as appropriate. Checking Third Party databases and accurately recording results to assist the business. Preparation, production and delivery of policy renewal invitations. Distribution of system-based post and emails. A good level of computer skills. A sound knowledge of MS Office products. Clear and effective communicator. Highly organized with a focus on objectives, priorities and deliverables. Analytical and decision-making ability. High attention to detail. An openness to and ability to adapt to reasonable business changes. Positive and effective identification and recognition of business and customer needs. A high level of commitment and focus. Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines and organize personal workloads.
