Job Description
  • Coordinate day to day communications with customers and clients (phone, e-mail, etc.)
  • Monitor, record and track data using excel spreadsheets
  • Coordinate meetings between managers and director on day-to-day basis
  • Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring all queries are followed up and confirmation of assessments are sent out in a timely manner;
  • Perform documentation checklists for all new recruits ensuring compliance with the recruitment and required check processes.
  • General support of the team
  • Manage the office environment to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Appointment booking and conducting interviews
  • Understanding and ability to work with different software's and systems, (Micro Soft word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Repurpose content received from our Digital Marketing agency ready to be delivered via social media channels
  • Ensure the smooth running of sponsored content delivered through Facebook
  • Liaising with external contact

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Anyone aged 16+ who is looking to complete an Apprenticeship. The ideal person will have the following qualities: Strong communication stills. Excellent listening skills. Good rapport building. Professional telephone manor. Self-motivated and driven. Personal desire to succeed. Outgoing. Willing to learn. Great work ethic. Business Administrations Qualification (Level 3). Functional Skills classes to improve Math and English grades. Employability Skills. Work Placement. GCSE: including Math , English, ICT, Btec level 1 and 2. Functional skills would be provided to improve grades for Math and English. AS level/A-level and Btec Level 3 qualification or lower than Level 3 qualification. Eligibility to live in the UK (Resident permit and Biometric card). Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Access. Capable of communicating efficiently. Able to work under pressure and offer a degree of flexibility in working style. Strong ability to be responsible, accountable, and results-driven. Excellent organization and documentation skills required. Must be proactive and detail-oriented. Creative thinker who can utilize existing resources in a productive and/or innovative way.
