Job Description

The role will be interesting and varied. During the morning, the post-holder will be based in the College’s Student Administration Office undertaking database entry, word processing and filing. During the afternoon, the post-holder will be based in the College’s Student Study Area supporting students with various tasks as detailed within the job description.

The College are seeking applications from individuals with significant experience of working within a busy office environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to successfully adapt their communication style with various target audiences, including staff, students and external stakeholders. Strong IT, administration and organizational skills are essential. The post holder must also be willing to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role during peak times.
