The Technical Analyst will work within an agile environment and will maintain and manage the eCommerce platform to develop and deploy fixes and new functionality, including day to day updates and development on the system through working with our internal stakeholders and external customers.
Responsibilities include:
Provide functional requirements for ongoing bug fixes, enhancements and new features for the eCommerce website
Oversee all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce
Manage the user experience of the website
Monitor site analytics and feedback tools to optimise the customer journey in the buying process
Main point of contact for system based end-user questions, problem solving, and troubleshooting
Create training material, end-user guides and deliver new user training for internal users
The Successful Applicant
The successful Technical Analyst will have experience managing customer facing business systems solutions, eCommerce portals, IoT solutions and Mobile Apps using a broad range of modern technologies.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Data analysis tools, eCommerce platforms or inventory management systems Hands on experience working with REST API's and JavaScript an Agile environment Jira Oracle Commerce Cloud Engineering / Industrial / Manufacturing sector experience
