• Responsibility for the group finance function working with the senior leadership team to establish robust processes and build efficiencies
• Remotely manage a lean team of experience finance professionals
• Drive transformation and change within the business across different departments from a finance angle
• Provide regular MI and Financial Analysis to drive the decision making process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified accountant with a strong track record in the Financial Services industry Strong exposure of IFRS/UK GAAP reporting standards Ability to think commercially and use finance to make business wide decisions Experience working with key stakeholders and facing off to boards
