We’re looking for an experienced administrator to join our Private Client department to assist the day to day running of the team and to maximize the quality of our service to our clients.
Our Private Client department deal with Wills, Trusts, Probate and Court of Protection so this role will very much be focused on client care and communication, guiding people through a difficult time.
The main duties will include:
Communicating with clients and giving updates
Monitoring and responding to client emails
Organizing documents and ensuing all GDPR requirements are met
Reviewing files and chasing for outstanding information
Checking Identification Documents
Providing general admin support to a busy team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A proven track record of administrative work, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. Experience of working within a private client team or experience of professional services archiving. The ability to work on your own initiative. Strong client communication skills. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. The ability to take responsibility for own work.
