We have an opportunity for an organized, quality-focused individual to join our Financial Advice function as a Support Administrator. You’ll support our consultants and Financial Advisers with case management administration, which ranges from producing pension illustrations through to collating and distributing relevant forms for our advisers to use with our customers.
This role is temporarily remote, and we have adapted really well to home working during the current pandemic so we are happy to discuss any flexible working requirements with you.
As a key support for our advisers you’ll regularly liaise with them to make sure they have all required documentation to allow them to provide the best service and advice to our customers. You’ll work closely with your team leader to review priorities and workloads to ensure you provide effective administration support to your stakeholders.
