Job Description

The role of the Production Administrator will be to plan jobs for the workshop vehicle technician and to work closely with the production and the vehicle administration team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4.30 pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Completing all necessary paperwork for the scope of work
  • Understanding the work needed and timeframes to plan work into production- amending plans as necessary
  • Attending weekly production meetings
  • Keeping up to date records using excel spreadsheets and produce monthly reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced in an administrative role within a manufacturing/production/workshop environment. Skilled at using excel- input and extracting data. Excellent communication, customer service and teamwork skills. Driven, motivated and energetic attitude towards a target driven quality focused environment.
