Job Description

We are currently recruiting for 3 full time Administration Officers to join the Team at the Courts with our client, The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organization that offers training and a great working environment. They are working on a very large backlog due to Covid and need the additional help.
Responsibilities:

  • Deal with enquires from members of the public and professional organizations by telephone, letter and email
  • Provide information based on the courts, and related procedures and processes
  • Covering phones and the customer service counter
  • Liaising with other courts and court users
  • Inputting and updating information on office databases
  • Assisting the Office Team by carrying out basic administrative duties
  • Inputting court results on to the system
