Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

NVQ level 2 qualification Sound written and communication skills Proven ability to work in a team environment and independently as required Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business Ability to work independently and use own initiative Experience of direct patient care Computer literacy Phlebotomy skills (optional)
