Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Central Services Administrator to provide a first class level of customer service, who are experienced office practitioners, to join a hard-working and vibrant team in providing administration/secretarial assistance in support of a Head or Heads of Division(s) and the staff within each area.

We recognize that your first priority will be to acclimatize yourself to the College ethos and you will be supported in achieving this. Following this, you will be responsible for the accurate data processing to ensure the College remains audit compliant and also for organizing Divisional events such as Awards evenings, Parent’s evenings and Interview events.

With a good general education, including GCSE’s to at least a grade C or above, you should also have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).You will have experience of working with effective management systems and administrative procedures and have the ability to priorities, work to deadlines and use your initiative whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
