Job Description

We have a temporary placement opportunity available for a Recruitment Administrator which is part of the Mid Yorkshire Trust. The administrator will be providing the following support to the outpatient team

  • Provide admin and clerical support to the Recruitment Team
  • Deal with telephone and face to face enquiries from members of the public
  • Provide a meet and greet service to the department
  • Produce letters mainly using standard templates or by adapting/tailoring standard templates as appropriate

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
NVQ1 in administration or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience. Good IT skills. Excellent customer service. Data input experience.
