Job Description

The role reports into the Service Lead who will be your line manager and will give you ongoing support with regular supervisions. Our team are a close knit group of people who work as a team and support each other daily in this emotional challenging speciality.

The role will involve supporting the nursing staff in delivering high quality care and support to our patients and their families during their palliative journey and during their dying phase and beyond.

You will be working a shift pattern within the service working hours which are 0900 to 22.00 seven days a week. Weekends and bank holidays would be within your normal working hours on a fair roster using health roster. Weekend and enhanced payments are paid monthly.
