Saturday 6 hours (7am start) / Sunday 6 hours (7am start) / Monday 4 hours - start time tbc
Role responsibilities
· Assist with completion of daily documentation and provide detailed information to update our systems.
· Deliver quality facility service through timely and accurate processing to billing.
· Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
· Resolve customer needs and inquiries, by reporting and analyzing activity.
· Close interaction with Customer Service for transaction processing, status updates and investigations.
· Maintain 100% accuracy on data entry into system.
· Monitoring timely dispatch from drivers and facility to processing data, including end of day documentation.
· Review and interpret files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
· Receive, document, investigate and resolve customer, employee and/or vendor concerns/complaints, and elevating serious issues to Customer Service.
· Generate reports as required.
· Co-ordinate deliveries to customer sites.
