Whether someone is moving one item, or a whole house move, you are the first port of call for our customers on their removals journey. the successful Telesales Consultant will be responsible for providing quotes and converting these quotes into active bookings. Either first time or through callbacks at a convenient time for the customer.

The large majority of the leads will be generated from inbound phone calls. But, other leads do appear through other web and email channels. You would be expected to outbound these customers to make a sale.
