Job Description

The Talent & Development Administrator is responsible for providing high quality administration services which support the delivery and management of all learning, training and talent programmes.

Duties:

  • Administers all learning, training and talent programmes (venue and travel booking, learner invitations and evaluation) through the LMS and travel systems
  • Build outstanding relationships with learners, line manager and the MAXIMUS UK Talent & Development team to ensure the service provision is customer focused
  • Contribute high quality data to reporting requirements – internal and external
  • Identify and lead improvements to administrative processes which improve the learner and line manager experience
  • Provide administration support to the Head of Talent & Development and their direct reports which includes own line manager
  • Manage operational performance of the LMS daily
  • Continuously develop own expertise, knowledge and experience through team working and deep understanding of the business
  • Support business leaders and managers to take greater accountability for managing and developing the talent in their own teams
  • Proactively develop self to become the go to contact for all administration enquiries and issues

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Collaborative Working Developing strong partnerships leaders, manager and colleagues. Working to build strong channels of communication internally and with external agencies/organizations. Communication Using concise, clear, appropriate language. Structuring ideas clearly. Able to communicate verbally, in writing and email. Problem Solving Analyzing existing information to come up with appropriate solutions. Planning and Organization Prioritizing your workload to ensure deadlines are met. Experience of working in a regulated/contractual environment. Recognized qualification in business administration or equivalent experience. Experience of working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to meet challenging deadlines.
