Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detailed administrator. Do you have experience within a compliance or data protection setting, maybe you come from a financial services or employee benefits background? We would love to find out more about you and share with your our fantastic opportunity

Working alongside our Data Protection and Compliance teams, managing the day to day regulatory activities. We need someone who is keen, focused and happy to help. With fine attention to detail and a clear grasp of our regulatory guidelines.

  • Support data gathering, analysis and redaction for Data Subject Access Requests.
  • Undertake research into ‘Right to be forgotten’ requests and support data deletion.
  • Manage client or supplier requests, support with investigations into DP incidents and breaches whilst maintaining and monitoring the DP log.
  • Supervise our dedicated inbox and ensure that action items are accurately detected and actioned by the team in a timely manner.
  • Help to investigate regulatory complaints in accordance with the FCA DISP handbook.
  • Address legacy queries and issues arising from discontinued business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Some prior knowledge of pensions, wealth management and employee benefit markets would be exceptionally useful but not critical. A grasp of UK financial services, data protection regulation or FCA’s complaints handling process would also be advantageous! Strong communication skills, highly effective listening and questioning abilities. Numerical and confident in report writing, with strong interpersonal skills. Keen to develop good working relationships, flexible with a ‘can-do’ demeanor. Manage workload and priorities tasks to ensure goals are met. Demonstrate personal dedication, acting with integrity, willingness and credibility. Ensures that individually and as a firm we “Treat Customers Fairly”. Proficient in MS Office. Eligible to work in the UK. We are delighted to be able to offer this role with Agile working in mind. We’re happy for you to work from the comfort of your own home and travel in to a central or local office location as required
