The Talent & Development Administrator is responsible for providing high quality administration services which support the delivery and management of all learning, training and talent programmes.
Duties:
Administers all learning, training and talent programmes (venue and travel booking, learner invitations and evaluation) through the LMS and travel systems
Build outstanding relationships with learners, line manager and the MAXIMUS UK Talent & Development team to ensure the service provision is customer focused
Contribute high quality data to reporting requirements – internal and external
Identify and lead improvements to administrative processes which improve the learner and line manager experience
Provide administration support to the Head of Talent & Development and their direct reports which includes own line manager
Manage operational performance of the LMS daily
Continuously develop own expertise, knowledge and experience through team working and deep understanding of the business
Support business leaders and managers to take greater accountability for managing and developing the talent in their own teams
Proactively develop self to become the go to contact for all administration enquiries and issues

Experience of working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to meet challenging deadlines.
