Job Description

We’re looking for an Administrator to join our busy, dynamic and ambitious Finance & Commercial Departments in our face paced, growing organization. This role will involve working alongside highly experienced team members, which is why this person must have the drive, ambition and tenacity for growth as development opportunities are available.

Main Duties:

  • General administration duties i.e. filling, processing, scanning
  • Generating documentation from company databases and systems
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers via email and telephone
  • Assisting in planning and scheduling of the engineer’s service workload.
  • Managing customer enquiries.
  • Business projects that are required on a regular basis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Willingness and flexibility to undertake other clerical/admin tasks. GCSE grade C or better in math and English or equivalent qualifications. IT Literate. Excellent telephone manner. Accuracy and an eye for detail. Good communication skills. Able to and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar sector/role would be an advantage.
