Job Description
I am currently looking for a Senior Administrator to join a reputable manufacturing company in Bradford on a permanent basis.
The company are looking to expand their team due to growth and would be an exceptional opportunity to join a company which could offer excellent progression and development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The main purpose of the position will be managing the sales ordering process for customers using Amazon
- Looking after the Amazon account ensuring all products are uploaded and ensuring the management of stock levels
- Responsible for any customer queries over the telephone and email
- Processing all orders working closely with the warehouse
- Ensuring all content on Amazon and the website is correct
- Dealing with ratings and reviews
- Working closely with other departments and outside couriers
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Producing reports using Excel
- Dealing with any complaints, damages with items or delays
- Ensuring an excellent level of customer service and a smooth administrative process
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience using Amazon or Ebay to process orders is necessary. IT Literate and confident using various platforms to ensure a smooth ordering process. A keen eye for detail and good organization skills. Excellent product knowledge. Able to priorities workload effectively and efficiently. The ability to work under pressure and towards strict deadlines and targets Exceptional customer service skills. Personable and friendly- able to build and maintain strong working relationships. Flexible and willing to help other departments when required. Proactive and able to work on own initiative. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
