You will form part of a team contributing to delivering excellent services, embedding good practice and identifying areas for improvement in our Electrical services.
Activities will involve the planning and scheduling of compliance works (e.g. , fixed wire testing, PAT testing), ensuring they are efficiently and effective. This will involve liaising and coordination with various stakeholders and also data entry linked to these activities in our systems.
You will ensure the customer is informed of any changes to scheduling/planning and that alternative options are presented so the property stays compliant at all times. Internally, you will ensure all diaries are up to date with all training, sickness and holiday periods and any other relevant information required for effective planning.
You may also be required to produce and present regular and ad-hoc reports on compliance activities and KPI’s ensuring all data is accurate and up to date and presented in an understandable format.
You will also undertake other such duties and responsibilities as would be deemed reasonable with the level of the post.
