Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will have at least two year's experience as a Health Care Assistant, Domiciliary Carer, Support Worker or similar role. With your previous knowledge and experience of the care sector, you will be able to individualise the care provided to suit the needs and wishes of our residents, making their experience truly 'person-centred'. We recognise NVQ and diploma level qualifications in Health and Social Care at Levels 2 and 3 and pay an enhanced rate for these qualifications. By gaining these qualifications, this may lead to progression opportunities to Senior Care Lead and beyond, supported by our Learning and Development team.
