Job Description

Our client is assisting a business based on the outskirts of central Coventry with the recruitment of a Bookkeeper vacancy. The business use Xero so candidates must have at least 6-12 months experience of using the system to be considered. Suitable candidates will have previously worked in small teams and have the ability to integrate well alongside managing your own workload and you will be working in a 15 person office and the go-to for any finance related queries.

Suitable candidates will have experience using Xero, hold a form of accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA), be available at immediate or short notice, hold a driving license and be able to interview immediately!

Duties will include

  • Management of the purchase & sales ledger
  • Assisting with month end activities
  • Assisting with credit control
  • VAT returns
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis
  • Ad-hoc office administration
