Job Description
- Processing and monitoring of new business applications
- Maintaining and updating our client management system
- Communicating proficiently with our clients, Financial Planners, 3rd parties and all work colleagues
- Dealing with letters of authority, surrender/encashment requests and general client queries
- General office duties and telephone calls into the office
- Collating and preparing annual valuations
- Dealing with client review documentation
- Ad hoc project work
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are seeking an individual competent in financial services administration with a minimum of 3 years industry experience covering investment, protection and pensions. The right candidate will be required to provide a dedicated, accurate and efficient administration service to our Financial Planners and clients. As well as working independently, there will also be a strong focus on team work.
