Job Description
To work as part of a team to provide an efficient and effective service to international road transport customers, by issuing International Road Haulage Permits (IRHP) and Certificates, processing UK Authorizations and Certificates for International Passenger Services within specified deadlines and providing administrative support and advice to the Senior Team Leader, colleagues and customers. Key Responsibilities:
Completing written reports
Issuing permits and certificates
Checking applications ensuring they meet the correct requirements
Inputting data onto computer systems
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Answering telephone and email queries
General administration
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Good knowledge of IT systems particularly MS packages. Strong Analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication.
