Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity if you are an experienced Sales Administrator / Customer Service Administrator seeking an exciting new permanent job within an incredibly friendly, well established company who are ideally located on the outskirts of Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire.

Supporting a busy sales team, your duties working as a Sales Administrator will include:

  • Loading sales orders and purchase orders onto the system
  • Following orders through
  • Dealing with any shortages
  • Chasing couriers for POD’s
  • Raising invoices
  • Any other administrative duties as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have excellent administration and customer service skills, being an effective communicator at all levels. In addition, you will be a friendly and confident team player, being highly organized, flexible and adaptable to support a busy team.
