Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team. As part of the team you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from their customers in a prompt manner.
The role requires you to work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure they provide their customers with the highest possible levels of service.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills. Specific industry experience is desirable, but not essential. You need to be committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, high pressurized environment. Ideally, you will be extremely organized, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to priorities customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
