* You will have demonstrable experience of leading a team of sales executives in delivering growth and sustained retention of clients

* Your previous experience will have enabled you to effectively forecast and report revenues to your stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
* You are a people person with the passion for developing your team and effectively delivering business messages, that inspire your team to deliver
* You have the ability to identify individual and team skills gaps, working with the Sales Trainer to up-skill and further develop your team when necessary
* Your experience will enable you to foster a motivated and passionate culture, whilst setting clear expectations
* You have an ability to develop a culture of trust, where your team have a voice and are empowered to reach their career and personal goals
