Job Description

As part of a close knit team, you would be utilizing you experience in sales administration and customer support. It is crucial you are confident when discussing quotes for customers, with the ability to learn quickly to ensure you can advise customers correctly.

On a daily basis your role will involve:

  • Speaking to customers daily re bespoke quotations and orders
  • Liaising with fabrication and other internal departments when compiling quotes
  • Respond to general enquiries and updating customers on manufacture lead times
  • Resolve queries and complaints
  • Applying your training of technical knowledge to the role with ample training on offer
