This Specification Sales Manager will be expected too:
Gain project specification with M&E Consultants/Contractors, Contractors, Building Services.
Achieving monthly and quarterly Commercial Objectives and KPIs
Engaging with Specifiers to secure written confirmation of products on Commercial opportunities
Managing and developing End User relationships
Actively participating in business planning in order to grow and develop sales
Ensuring that all customer requests are responded to professionally and efficiently
Contributing to the development of all systems and procedures
Engaging fully with all health and safety programmes
Ensuring all management information - KPIs, Monthly Reports are submitted on time, in full
Delivering CPD and product training to all relevant parties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a proven track tracked in construction field sales selling a building product, ideally HVAC / plumbing, heating, ventilation related products. Experience of selling to M&E Consultants/Contractors, Contractors, Building Services. New business hunter and excellent account management skills. Proven track record in field sales and territory management Autonomous in approach Organised and honest approach Trustworthy and self motivated
