Job Description

This Specification Sales Manager will be expected too:

Gain project specification with M&E Consultants/Contractors, Contractors, Building Services.

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly Commercial Objectives and KPIs
  • Engaging with Specifiers to secure written confirmation of products on Commercial opportunities
  • Managing and developing End User relationships
  • Actively participating in business planning in order to grow and develop sales
  • Ensuring that all customer requests are responded to professionally and efficiently
  • Contributing to the development of all systems and procedures
  • Engaging fully with all health and safety programmes
  • Ensuring all management information - KPIs, Monthly Reports are submitted on time, in full
  • Delivering CPD and product training to all relevant parties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a proven track tracked in construction field sales selling a building product, ideally HVAC / plumbing, heating, ventilation related products. Experience of selling to M&E Consultants/Contractors, Contractors, Building Services. New business hunter and excellent account management skills. Proven track record in field sales and territory management Autonomous in approach Organised and honest approach Trustworthy and self motivated
