Job Description

As the Development Sales Manager you will take the lead on selling the outright sale homes. You will support the on-site processes, manage property sales consultants within specific patches and oversee all marketing programmes and manage budgets.

- You will manage on-site sales consultants.

- Manage site-specific marketing programmes.

- Ensure sales are delivered to a legally compliant standard.

- Take full ownership of the customer journey and responsibility for making recommendations about allocations to ensure that applications convert to reservation within the shortest timeframe.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- You will need to show a track record of sales and marketing experience either working for a housing association, private developer or estate agent. - You need to have a minimum of 3 years' management experience. - You need to demonstrate your experience of designing and implementing new-build sales and marketing programmes within the housing sector.
