Job Description

As Inside Sales Manager you will have the following responsibilities;

• Grow, develop and manage a new business Inside Sales team.
• Support the team to achieve their KPI's and revenue targets.
• Ongoing training and coaching for the team.
• Support the team to implement plans to help them achieve their targets.
• Conduct regular meetings with the team.
• Lead from the front with your own sales target.
• This position is office based in Bristol.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven track record managing an Inside Sales team. Comfortable working in a fast paced and targeted environment. Demonstrable track record coaching and developing a sales team. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable performing the role of player manager. Experience within SaaS (Desirable)
